Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble a variety of pizza doughs, toppings, and sauces with precision and care.
Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, ensuring consistent quality and optimal presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety standards.
Follow recipes and portion controls to deliver consistent flavors across all orders.
Assist in meal preparation during busy hours to support smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly adhered to, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Serve pizzas efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards when interacting with guests.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and general meal preparation.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
