This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can connect quickly with customers, communicate clearly, and guide them through a smooth, straightforward, and memorable buying journey.

Working in a fast-paced, digitally led environment, you’ll take ownership of each interaction, understanding what matters to the customer, presenting the right options, and confidently closing sales while making sure every customer feels valued and supported throughout.

£30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Telesales Customer Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle and supporting them throughout their buying journey. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, build trust quickly, and deliver a consultative sales experience across phone and digital channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, web chat, and other digital channels
Guiding customers through the online car buying process with confidence and professionalism
Advising on vehicle choices, finance products, and optional extras in a way that adds value and builds trust
Making proactive follow-up calls to support the customer journey before and after the sale
Managing multiple leads effectively while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Delivering outstanding customer service in line with our values and standards
Working closely with teams across sales, admin, compliance, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contributing to team targets with a motivated, results-driven approach

Who We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from candidates who know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and deliver results in a busy sales environment.

You’ll ideally have:

Automotive sales experience would be a benefit, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
A consultative sales style, with the ability to qualify needs, present solutions, handle objections, and close effectively
Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport over the phone and through digital channels
A target-driven, resilient mindset and the motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills and confidence using online systems to manage leads and update customer records
A customer-first attitude and a genuine desire to create a positive buying experience
