Full job description

At Integra Buildings, we’re passionate about shaping the future of construction through modular building. Established in 1997, we are a market leader, designing and delivering high-quality, bespoke, offsite-constructed modular buildings and steel anti-vandal solutions for a wide range of sectors, including sport, leisure, education, healthcare, and commercial industries. As our business continues to thrive, we’re on the lookout for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an individual to assist in the processing of daily and weekly finance and payroll transactions to support the preparation of the monthly accounts.

What You'll be Doing:

Preparing sales invoices and maintaining customer data on our company system
Credit Control - liaising with management and further escalation where applicable
Mainting the daily cashbooks and debtors reporting
Manage petty cash transactions and associated reconciliation
Process employee expenses, including reconciliation of company credit card accounts
Assist in monthly stock takes and subsequent stock valuations
Assist in the processing of monthly salaries
Prepare documentation for the annual audit ensuring all documents are adequately referenced
Provide cover for the purchase ledger function
Ad hoc duties as required to support the needs of the business

Essential:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Excellent attention to detail

Desirable but not essential as full training will be given:

SAGE 200 Experience

SAGE Payroll Experience
