Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to lead the organization and administration of contractual agreements across various projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors. Your expertise will drive efficiency, clarity, and success in all contractual dealings, empowering our organization to achieve its strategic objectives with confidence and integrity.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts including service agreements, procurement contracts, and partnership arrangements.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Collaborate closely with legal teams, project managers, procurement teams, and stakeholders to clarify contract terms and resolve issues proactively.
Monitor contract performance to guarantee deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
Maintain comprehensive records of all contractual documents and related correspondence for audit readiness and future reference.
Identify potential risks within contractual terms and develop strategies to mitigate exposure.
Provide guidance on contractual obligations and best practices to internal teams to promote consistency and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in contract management or legal roles within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with organizational prowess to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for clear articulation of complex contractual concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in contract management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) are a plus.
