Job Overview

Join our incredible team as a Bar Staff member and become the heart of the social experience! In this lively role, you will craft refreshing beverages, serve customers with enthusiasm, and ensure everyone enjoys a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and safety standards
Ensure the customer is your number one priority by ensuring they are greeted warmly, take their orders, and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle payments responsibly
Monitor customer behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication
Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, friendly environment that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills to engage with customers positively and professionally
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A friendly attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
