Full job description

Northern Telecom is part of a growing IT and Telecoms group, headquartered in Leeds and with offices around the UK>.We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Management team as we continue our expansion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You'll play a key role in supporting the Management Team with correspondence and diary management, whilst also enduring the smooth operation of administrative aspects of the business.

Efficiently manage communication: Respond to correspondence and calls, meeting management, and communication filtering.
Diary management: Take charge of calendar management for the Management team, handling meeting arrangements, acting as a gatekeeper, and ensuring optimal time allocation.
Organise events: arranging meetings, travel, accommodation for the Management and wider team
Produce, organise, and distribute documents as required
Enhance productivity: handle follow-ups, correspondence creation, travel coordination, report maintenance, and file management, enhance operational efficiency
Other administrative functions as required

Skills:

You could be the ideal candidate for us if you have:

Significant secretarial, admin or PA experience .
Excellent Microsoft Office and general IT skills
Confidence dealing with management, staff, customers and suppliers in a professional, warm, engaging, yet assertive manner.
Strong administration and planning skills

The ideal candidate:

Is methodical and highly organised.
Is used to working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environments, where plans can change rapidly
Is self-motivated and self confident.
Is highly attentive
Can think outside of the box to solve a problem
Brings a positive and sunny disposition into the office and radiates enthusiasm

We are willing to consider flexible or part time working for the ideal candidate and salary will be commensurate with experience and will be pro rata if part time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
