Join Our Specialist Oral Surgery Team

Are you a qualified Dental Nurse looking to develop your skills in a specialist environment? We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our friendly Oral Surgery team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Oral Surgeons, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care in a modern and well-equipped clinical setting.

About the Role

As an Oral Surgery Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care throughout their treatment journey. You will assist clinicians during a wide range of oral surgery procedures, maintain excellent infection prevention standards, and help create a calm and reassuring experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside assistance during oral surgery procedures.
Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials before treatment.
Supporting clinicians with surgical procedures and patient care.
Ensuring compliance with infection prevention and decontamination protocols.
Maintaining accurate clinical records.
Reassuring and supporting patients before, during and after treatment.
Managing stock levels and preparing surgical equipment.
Working collaboratively with clinicians and the wider practice team to deliver outstanding patient care.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Is a qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure.
Has a caring and professional approach to patient care.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Previous oral surgery or surgical nursing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Sedation or Radiography desirable
