Job Overview

Part Time Administration Support Role to a Financial Services Firm

Part Time post only over four or five days

20 hours working week over four days

Starting time 9.30- 2.30 four days a week or 9.30 till 2pm over five days

Financial Services experience beneficial -but not essential

Training will be provided for all aspects of the role.

Role

You will play an integral role in supporting the Practice Management Team, including taking ownership of the End-to-End Client documentation process - In-house Training will be provided.

Your role will include daily use of the full suite of Office 365 programmes and industry-specific CRM and data analytics tools (for which training will be provided). Experience in maintaining reporting and workflow through SharePoint will be beneficial.

A key part of your role will be to ensure that all records of prospect and client interactions and data throughout the fiscal year is included - on both our external and third-party systems

The successful candidate must have experience of data control and be highly process and detail orientated.

Strong communication skills are a must, and you will need a professional and polite telephone manner and be able to respond to emails in a professional and timely way. A high attention to detail is required in all client, prospect, and provider communication.

Day to Day office management skills including arranging meetings for the team – via MS Teams, Zoom, and conference call - preparing online meeting packs, and an array of administrative responsibilities.

You will need to be a confident communicator and have the ability to build and maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients and providers.

A good level of IT Proficiency – particularly with SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel– and experience with data entry and report creation on CRM systems is desirable.
