Full job description

Compliance Officer Part-Time

Location: Skegness

Hours: 20 hours per week (hours to be agreed)

Salary: £13.46 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working accurately, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in helping maintain the high quality and safety standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with internal compliance audits and record findings.
Prepare, update, and monitor packaging specifications to ensure they meet company standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Help maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure packaging and product information remains up to date.
Support continuous improvements to our compliance processes.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent numeracy and English language skills.
Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook (Email).
Is well organised with strong attention to detail.
Has a positive, flexible approach and is willing to learn.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team while also being able to manage their own workload.
Can communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues.

Previous experience in a compliance, quality, food manufacturing, or administrative role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
