Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team at The Glenmoriston Town House Inverness in Inverness. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with booking modifications.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
