We deliver an unforgettable dining experience where ultra-fresh sashimi meets rich churrasco technique, exotic tropical marinades, and refined plating. We are seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to lead a specific station and help drive our culinary vision.

Key Responsibilities

Station Mastery: Run and maintain a designated section (e.g., Robata Grill, Tempura/Fryer, Cold/Raw Bar, or Prep), ensuring consistently high standards during fast-paced service.
Technique Execution: Seamlessly blend Japanese precision slicing and tempura methods with Brazilian marinades, grilling techniques, and flavor profiles.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to food hygiene regulations, allergen management, and HACCP standards, maintaining a spotless section.
Inventory & Prep: Manage daily mise en place, minimize food waste through precise yield management, and assist the Sous/Head Chef with stock control and ordering.
Junior Mentorship: Guide, train, and support Commis Chefs and kitchen porters working on your section.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume, premium restaurant setting.
Culinary Background: Prior experience with Japanese cuisine (sushi/robata) or South American/Brazilian cooking is strongly preferred; passion for fusion concepts is essential.
Technical Ability: High-level knife skills, precise plating ability, and a strong understanding of temperature/heat control.
Mindset: Calm under pressure, highly organized, and committed to teamwork and open communication.
