The Opportunity
As our Sales & Logistics Administrator, you will become an integral member of our commercial operations team, providing administrative support across Sales, Customer Service and International Logistics.
This is a varied role that combines sales administration, CRM management, logistics documentation, customer support and order administration. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Logistics and Marketing to ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Manage the shared Sales inbox throughout the day, allocating enquiries to the appropriate team members.
Create and maintain Sales Leads within our ERP system (SAP) from website enquiries and customer registrations of interest.
Create Sales Opportunities from events, exhibitions, agent feedback and Sales team referrals.
Assign opportunities to the appropriate salesperson and monitor follow-up activity.
Assist with maintaining accurate customer records within SAP.
Customer Order Administration
Update fulfilled Shopify orders daily, ensuring tracking information is accurate and customers receive timely updates.
Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation to individual sales orders within SAP.
Assist with customer returns, exchanges and repair administration.
Record customer complaints and resolutions accurately within internal systems.
Logistics Support
Produce export documentation for international shipments.
Assist with occasional import documentation.
Support the Logistics team to ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant.
Maintain records relating to customer deliveries and courier documentation.
General Administration
Provide administrative support across the Commercial Team.
Ensure customer records and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
Support continuous improvement of internal administrative processes.
Assist with additional projects and operational tasks as required.

Skills & Experience
Essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
Good literacy and numeracy.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Positive, proactive attitude.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable
Previous Sales Administration, Logistics Administration or Customer Service experience.
Experience using SAP, Shopify or CRM/ERP systems.
Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping.
Understanding of commodity codes and customs processes.
Experience working within a luxury, premium or international brand.
