Job Title: Commis Chef/Chef de Partie
Location: Honingham, Norwich
Salary: Dependant on experience
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent. Part time considered but weekends will be required.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade.

The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to the overall hospitality experience.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to recipes and specifications
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food production processes.
Supporting & working alongside the other chefs in the kitchen with cooking and presenting dishes to ensure quality and consistency.
Show a passion for food and creativity
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment is a must
Passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of kitchen health & safety regulations (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred).
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work some evenings as required
