Availability to work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work either 3 x 10-hour shifts or 4 x 8-hour shifts, depending on the needs of the business. The successful candidate will also be willing to work occasional longer shifts when required to support operational demands.
Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.
Knowledge of the local area, know the good spots for food and drink especially!
Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands on role that requires great personal skills.
