Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bar and Waiting Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery from the bar or kitchen
Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space to ensure a welcoming environment
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong focus on guest services
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cash handling purposes
Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for supporting food prep tasks
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences and upselling opportunities
