Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Reception Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment for all visitors and staff. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, supervising reception staff, managing communication channels, and maintaining a professional office atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of reception staff to deliver exceptional front desk service
Manage all incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and prompt assistance
Oversee appointment scheduling, visitor check-ins, and office logistics to maintain smooth daily operations
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, mail distribution, and document preparation with attention to detail
Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with HR inquiries
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards to foster a welcoming environment for clients and visitors

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or receptionist roles with supervisory responsibilities
Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively
Knowledge of human resources procedures and best practices for employee support
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—with a focus on professional phone etiquette
Previous supervising experience within an office setting is highly desirable
