Duties

Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
Manage reservations and special requests efficiently and accurately
Ensure all guests receive warm, friendly, and personalized service through excellent face-to-face interactions
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, aiming for swift resolutions

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality settings, preferably in supervisory roles
Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality best practices
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest engagement
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Ability to lead a team with energy, confidence, and a positive attitude
Experience with reservation systems or hotel management software is advantageous
A friendly demeanor combined with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
