Full job description

Sales Admin Support

Established growing family business looking for Sales Admin Support. Based in a dynamic sales office in Bellshill, this role offers career development opportunities to the right candidate. Responsible for promoting and supplying specialist building products and architectural ironmongery to customers across sectors including healthcare, education, justice, defence, government, commercial, and facilities management. The role combines technical product knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales support to ensure customers receive the most suitable solutions for their projects and maintenance requirements.

Customer Support - Support customers throughout the sales process from selection/quotation stage through to order fulfilment and after sales support.
Sales - Identify opportunities to increase sales through existing and new customer accounts ensuring sales growth & margins in line with sales targets.
Estimating - Prepare and follow up quotations, ensuring timely responses to customer enquiries.
Purchasing - Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to source materials, obtain technical information, pricing, lead times, and product updates.
Order Processing – Manage project pipelines and maintain accurate sales & purchase records. Processing sales from quotation to sales order, delivery notes to sales invoices and purchases from purchase order, receipts and purchase invoice ensuring accuracy of all data.
Stock Management – Accurate management of stock levels via Business Central, monthly stock checks, stock adjustments and re-order reports.
Data Entry – Ensure Business Central is kept up to date with current contacts.
Quality – Ensure NQA approved processes are followed thoroughly & consistently to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 at every level of the sales & purchasing pipeline.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure positive customer experience.

Hours: 37.5

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience.

Office-based role in Bellshill, ML4.

Office operating hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm. Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
