About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking for utility solutions. You'll identify customer needs, provide expert advice, and recommend the most suitable products across broadband, mobile, gas, and electricity.

Success in this role comes from building trust, delivering outstanding service, and confidently converting conversations into sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Engaging with customers through both inbound and outbound sales calls.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending tailored utility solutions.
Promoting broadband, mobile, gas and electricity products.
Achieving individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Processing customer orders accurately using internal systems.
Providing clear and accurate information on products, pricing and promotions.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

What We're Looking For

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

ExperienceEssential

At least 1 year's experience in an outbound and/or inbound sales environment.

Desirable

Contact centre experience.
Experience selling utility or telecommunications products.
Experience using CRM systems.

Full training will be provided to help you succeed.

Leicester City Centre (Office Based)

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our Leicester office or relocate before their start date.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year's Outbound and/or Inbound Sales experience
Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
Ability to work full-time from our Leicester office

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
