Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to assess patient needs effectively and provide appropriate interventions.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the healthcare facility.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to nursing practice.
Proficiency in medication administration techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills.
