Department: Family

Location: Edinburgh & Glasgow

Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)

Reporting to: Family Partners

Job Type: Permanent

Closing date: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews held on a rolling basis.

Your responsibilities

A new opportunity for an experienced secretary with relevant experience, to join our Family department across Edinburgh and Glasgow. This role involves working in a fast paced environment to provide support to fee earners within our Family team. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy city centre office and delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email. Daily tasks and duties include:

Timely and accurate completion of varied documentation and correspondence
Prompt and courteous handling of external and internal telephone calls
Assisting fee earners with administration and filing tasks
Proving overall support to the department and Firm in delivering excellent client care
