Full job description

We require a motivated and energetic individual to join our stable and progressive team. The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

A current driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle
A passion for and a commitment to a career in property management
A high level of corporate presentation
The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
Exceptional time management, conflict resolution, negotiation and communication skills
A focus on attention to detail

In this position you can expect to deal with a variety of tasks including (however not limited to) dealing with prospective tenant enquiries, assistance with answering incoming general enquiries by both email and phone, scheduling and conducting property viewings, processing tenancy applications, conducting lease signing appointments, carrying out inventory inspections, routine inspections and final inspections along with various other general office tasks.
