Full job description

Bourne Estate Agents are a fully independent business that has quickly built up an enviable network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee who is looking to start a career in a busy Estate Agent based in our busy Godalming Branch.

The role involves working closely with our Landlords and Tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, managing viewing feedback, helping to generate new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service and administrative tasks.

Attending Viewings
Gaining Feedback
Registering applicants over the phone and loading onto Property Software
Calling potential tenants to establish if still looking for properties
Liasing with Landlords
Leaflet Dropping
General Administration, photo copying, filing and scanning

Opening Hours are 8.45am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 5pm 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu. PLEASE NOTE the salary is made up of a basic salary and commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Godalming GU7 1AU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
