Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, friendly and professional Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients. This role involves providing high-quality nail and beauty services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Previous experience in within the industry and makeup application is a plus, along with excellent communication skills in English. This paid position offers an opportunity for personal growth within a reputable salon environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments including luxury manicures, pedicures, builder gel and gel nails, with precision and care - nail art is a great advantage skill
Deliver professional beauty therapy services such as luxury facials, body massages, waxing, and specialised skincare treatments
Apply makeup for special occasions or clients’ preferences, ensuring an impeccable finish
Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
Making our clients tea, coffee and refreshment's throughout our time with us.

Skills

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications
Proficiency in makeup application tailored to various occasions and client preferences
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
Attention to detail to ensure great results in all treatments to the best of your ability
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
