Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service. Duties

Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing clear guidance on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and team collaboration.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to guarantee a safe dining environment.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal guest satisfaction.
Develop menus that highlight creativity while balancing operational efficiency and cost control.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimize profitability without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team of culinary professionals.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices essential for maintaining high-quality operations.
Previous restaurant experience with a track record of managing kitchen operations efficiently.
