About the Role:
At Atlas Distribution and Trade Services Ltd, we support businesses with reliable logistics coordination, supplier management, procurement planning, and distribution support. We believe strong supply operations are built on clear communication, organised processes, and practical decision making.
We are looking for a Logistics and Procurement Manager who can take ownership of purchasing activity, supplier relationships, stock movement, and delivery coordination. This is a key operational role for someone who understands how to manage costs, improve supplier performance, and keep goods and services moving efficiently.
You will work closely with senior management, suppliers, warehouse teams, transport partners, and internal departments to make sure procurement and logistics activity supports business needs. You will be expected to improve processes, monitor supplier performance, manage purchasing requirements, and help maintain smooth day to day operations.
Why Work With Us?

Support cost saving initiatives, negotiate supplier terms, review pricing, and identify opportunities to improve value without reducing service quality.
Stock and Inventory Planning:
Work with internal teams to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, reduce shortages, and improve availability of key materials or products.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate procurement records, delivery documentation, supplier agreements, and compliance related information.
Process Improvement:
Identify delays, cost issues, supplier problems, or operational gaps. Recommend and implement practical improvements to make logistics and procurement more efficient.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, purchasing, distribution, warehouse operations, or a similar operational role.
Leadership:
Previous experience managing suppliers, logistics teams, procurement staff, contractors, or cross functional operational projects is strongly preferred.

You are confident handling supplier delays, urgent purchasing needs, stock shortages, delivery issues, cost concerns, and changing operational priorities.
