Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Sales/Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Sandalwood Memorials. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting customers throughout the memorial process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our memorial services.
Assist customers in understanding their memorial options, discussing costs, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of memorial requests.
Assist with administrative tasks related to processing memorial agreements and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clergy, cemetery, and crematorium staff to facilitate seamless memorial arrangements.

Requirements

Essential

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proactive approach with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Professional demeanour with a high level of empathy and sensitivity.

Desirable

Proven experience working within the Memorial service industry.
