We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Executive who lives and breathes brand marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to advance their brand/CRM marketing career while contributing to an award-winning, forward-thinking team.

To plan, execute and optimise integrated brand and CRM marketing activity across Mobiles.co.uk and related brands, driving customer engagement, website performance, conversion and brand growth through data-led marketing, continuous optimisation and effective campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Manage the end-to-end CRM programme including email marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, personalisation, campaign execution and performance optimisation
Website Content & Optimisation: Own day-to-day website content updates, merchandising, promotional implementation and customer experience improvements across Mobiles.co.uk and associated brands
Testing & Conversion Optimisation: Lead the A/B testing roadmap, working closely with UX, design and development teams to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and customer experience
Marketing Performance & Analytics: Monitor, analyse and report on website, CRM and campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Product Launch & Trading Support: Coordinate the delivery of major manufacturer launches and commercial campaigns, ensuring assets, messaging and customer journeys are executed effectively across all channels
Brand Campaign Delivery: Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, working with internal teams and external agencies where required
Website Development Projects: Support strategic website development initiatives, including UX improvements, platform enhancements and brand website redesign projects
Stakeholder & Agency Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and manufacturer partners to ensure delivery of marketing activity aligned to business objectives

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years' experience in a digital, CRM or marketing role
Experience managing email marketing campaigns and customer journeys
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools
Understanding of CRM principles, segmentation and personalisation techniques
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms
Understanding of UX, CRO and website optimisation principles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
