Cluster HR Executive (Maternity Cover)

Are you a passionate HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making a real difference to people and organisational success?

At Lighthouse Hotel Management, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cluster HR Executive to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our hotel leadership teams, champion employee engagement, drive talent development, and help create an exceptional workplace culture across our properties.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Cluster HR Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our teams and leaders by:

Managing Employee Relations cases and providing practical HR guidance and support.
Supporting and enhancing our Learning & Development strategy.
Designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops.
Coaching and supporting Heads of Department on employee relations matters.
Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and company policies.
Promoting a culture of coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Driving employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
Supporting talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments.
Leading by example and making confident, sound decisions in a busy and dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
Previous experience in a generalist HR role with Employee Relations expertise.
Experience researching, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
A proven ability to create and deliver training content.
Previous people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop others.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
A professional, personable, and highly confidential approach.
Hospitality or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for people.
