Full job description

We are a growing packaging manufacturer based in Louth, Lincolnshire and we have an opportunity to expand our team. We're looking to take on a machine operator, working a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm & 2pm-12am (2pm-12am will be a 4 day week). We run a multi skilled factory and are committed to the growth of our employees.

The duties of machine operators will include the below.

Setting up of production machinery accurately and in a timely manor
Ensuring quality standards are kept at all times
Cleaning down and servicing of machinery
Keeping work area tidy and free from any hazards
Strapping of pallets ready for dispatch
Completing safety checklists at start of shifts

Full training will be provided, however it would be preferred if the candidate holds a valid UK Drivers Licence and a Counter Balance Lift Truck Licence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.71 per hour
