Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about guest relations to develop their career within a dynamic environment.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organisation, and a friendly demeanour, embodying the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Manage visitor enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy
Coordinate with other departments to ensure visitor needs are met promptly
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times
Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and respond to visitors requests promptly
Uphold high standards ensuring visitor satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience Front of House Reception / Concierge.
Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated organisational skills and effective time management
A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining composure under pressure

Hours

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 19:00

Pay: £13.12 per hour

Licence/Certification:

SIA licence (required)

Work Location: In person
