Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events. Responsibilities

Coordinate all event details—from venue setup and décor to catering, entertainment, and technical requirements—ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in event management within hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, team members, and guests.
Demonstrated ability in upselling services or products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Exceptional time management skills with keen attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
Prior experience in guest services or hospitality roles that fostered a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of fundraising strategies can be an advantage for organizing charity or community events.
