Full job description

Start Date Immediate
Hours will be discussed at interview.
Monday - Friday

Pay will be discussed at the interview.

Full training will be provided.

Experience is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Maintain reception and office organisation, including scheduling and filing
Support internal departments with administrative tasks
Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and visitor access
Uphold company standards in customer service and communication
Assist with general office duties such as delivery notes and invoicing.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Confident in managing a busy front desk environment
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
Professional, friendly, and customer‑focused attitude
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
