Job Title: Aluminium Window Fabricator / Shift Leader
Location: Harrow, London
Job Type: Full-Time (Self-Employed)

Antvic Craft Studio (ACS) is a specialist aluminium window fabrication and steel welding company, part of the Antvic Group established in 2009. We work closely with designers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality façade and window solutions across residential and commercial projects.

Our focus is on precision, quality, and delivering projects to the highest standards.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Window Fabricator / Shift Leader to join our workshop in Harrow on a full-time, self-employed basis.

This is a hands-on role combined with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily workshop operations and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling systems
Leading and supervising workshop staff during shifts
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Ensuring quality control and compliance with specifications
Managing workflow and meeting production deadlines
Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in aluminium window/door fabrication
Experience with systems such as Reynaers, Schüco, or similar
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable and able to work independently
