Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and managing the smooth running of both restaurant and bar services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, team management, and culinary excellence to lead a dedicated team in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant and bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and optimise table turnover to maximise customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
Assist in training new staff members in service procedures and customer service excellence.
Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests leave satisfied.
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as necessary to maintain inventory levels.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, fostering a positive team environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production schedules and special event requirements.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Experience in managing teams effectively within busy restaurant or bar environments.
Knowledge of serving procedures, hospitality best practices, and customer service excellence.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage operational challenges efficiently.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead a passionate team while delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality excellence.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
