Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive – California Specialist to represent Volkswagen’s flagship camper range, the Volkswagen California. This is a unique opportunity to combine product expertise with a highly personalised sales approach, helping customers turn their travel and lifestyle aspirations into reality.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a professional and tailored sales experience to every customer
Showcase and demonstrate the full range of Volkswagen California camper features, highlighting lifestyle benefits
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond
Guide customers through the entire sales journey, including product selection, financing options, and order process
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within automotive, leisure, or premium retail sectors
A genuine enthusiasm for campervans, travel, and lifestyle products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Confident in negotiation and closing deals
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Experience within the motor trade is not essential

Pay: £30,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (required)
Direct sales: 1 year (required)
Motor Trade : 1 year (preferred)
