Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Print Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing printed products to a high standard, ensuring quality and precision throughout the finishing process. This is a full time role and previous print finishing experience is required, experience of folding machinery would be a benefit also.

Salary will be dependent on previous experience.

Duties

Trim, fold, and assemble printed materials according to specified guidelines
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring quality control
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large or bulky items within the workspace
Maintain a clean and organised work area to adhere to health and safety regulations
Assist with warehouse tasks such as stock organisation and inventory management when needed

Requirements

Previous experience in print finishing is preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks throughout the shift
A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving skills

Pay: From £26,228.00 per year
