Position Description:

Within a budgetary framework and with full accountability, takes responsibility at a senior level for overseeing all aspects of the company’s IT operations and systems at each site, in line with the needs of the business and Group directive.

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for ensuring the relevance and continuity of day-to-day IT operations.
Overseeing Incidents and Requests through a centralised management system to agreed SLA’s.
Business partner/supplier management
Support and maintain manufacturing and operational systems.
Manage stakeholder relationships to define business needs and objectives.
Solution research and implementation as per business requirements
User training and development to enhance working practises and security.
Development of the IT team’s standard working procedures and best practises
Management of the IT team through regular 1:1’s, support, and coaching
Personal and professional development
Development and validation of backup/disaster recovery systems and procedures
Identification and mitigation of threats to IT systems
Penetration testing
Adhere to group policy
Point of contact for GDPR
Point of contact for CCTV
Assigned data controller.
Ensure auditing and compliance to all IT policies and procedure in line with company and group directive.
Key stakeholder for the continued development of the SAP system
Responsibility for security, enhancement, and data integrity of the SAP system.

Position: Full Time with an immediate start

Hours of work: Mon- Thursday 9.00am -17.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 2.00pm

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Holidays: Full time – 25 days per year (Holiday year Jan – Dec) + 8 Bank holidays, Pro rata for part time.

Life Insurance: 3 times basic salary whilst in employment

Pension Scheme: Automatic enrolment if meet criteria, 5% Employee, 3% Employer. After 1 year in April – Age related up to max 6.5%.
