Full job description

Hello, we are El Cerdo and we are looking for a dynamic Head Bartender to join our team and become part of something unique and special in Maidenhead.

Key elements of your role as Head Bartender:

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including classic and innovative cocktails.
Posses the skills and knowledge to oversee the smooth running of the bar to our standards.
Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Manage guest at the bar to resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits
Train new staff on drink recipes, serving techniques, and customer service expectations

About you: You have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, have great communication skills, work well under pressure and be confident preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards..
