Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Office Receptionist/Administrator and become the welcoming face of our organization! This vibrant role combines front-desk duties with essential administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for visitors and staff alike. Duties

Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
Answer incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism, handling inquiries or routing calls effectively
Manage front desk operations, including signing in visitors and maintaining visitor logs
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Sage.
Organize and maintain office supplies, files, and records to ensure accessibility and orderliness
Assist with scheduling appointments and bookings
Support bookkeeping activities using sage and handle basic invoicing or expense tracking as needed

Experience

Previous office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and customer service
Strong computer skills including proficiency in sage (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with data entry, clerical work, and managing office supplies or records
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Typing speed that ensures quick and accurate documentation processing
Knowledge of sage or similar accounting software is a plus but not required
