Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cook/Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties

Prepare a variety of menu items with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist in meal planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resources
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining high standards of food quality
Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to ensure safety and freshness at all times
Serve dishes promptly and professionally, engaging with guests when appropriate to enhance their dining experience

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn new techniques and recipes
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, or catering is highly desirable
