Full job description

Job Summary
You will be embedded within a live pre-litigation and litigation pipeline, supporting and progressing real claims across Plevin/PPI, unaffordable lending and PCP matters.

What You Will Actually Do

Assist with case progression from onboarding through to litigation
Draft client correspondence, Letters of Claim and supporting documents
Prepare files for issue, service and settlement
Work within bulk case handling systems and structured workflows
Communicate directly with clients and internal legal teams
Support solicitors on active, revenue-generating matters
Assist with the firms administrative function on a day to day basis

What We Are Looking For

Law degree / LPC / SQE (or equivalent practical experience)
Exposure to litigation or claims handling is beneficial
Strong organisation and written communication
Ability to manage volume without losing accuracy
Commercial mindset — understands this is a results-driven environment
Clear ambition to progress into fee-earning / solicitor roles
