About us

Quay Aesthetics Dental and is an independent dental and aesthetics clinic located on the buzzing street of Park View in Whitley Bay. Our philosophy is to make our clients look and feel the best they possibly can through providing wide range of luxury procedures performed by skilled and trained professionals. The role of receptionist within the business is vital as you will be the first and last point of contact for all our lovely clients. As well as basic administrative duties, the aim of role is to make everyone who visits us feel relaxed and comfortable whilst maintaining our high levels of professionalism at all times.

The role is a part time, permanent role for a Saturday only.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a Saturday and provide exceptional customer service! The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, taking client details, managing the front desk and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Make tea/coffee if required.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Maintain records of visitors and calls.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Answer questions about the company and its services.
Put visitors at ease and make their time with us a fantastic experience from start to finish

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
