Full job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, forward thinking practice nurse who has experience of working with patients with a variety of long-term health conditions and possesses good IT Skills.

You will have an opportunity to work with and train multidisciplinary professionals and Junior doctors by utilising your skills in a safe and educational environment where every team member is valued.

Main duties of the job

Essential qualifications:

Current NMC membership and affiliation
Chronic disease management skills
Cervical smears
Injections and immunisations
ECG
Phlebotomy
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication

Overview of your organization:

We are a young and buzzing team with different skill sets offering full set of GP Services. We are a teaching and training practice in the heart of Rochdale with excellent transport links and have strong work ethos that helps us to offer holistic and patient centred care.

We are currently looking for cover on Wednesday — any hours are welcome.
