Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our dynamic team! Duties

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform construction, repair, and maintenance tasks with precision.
Execute bricklaying, masonry, carpentry, roofing, and other building techniques to create durable structures.
Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
Collaborate with team members to plan workflow and coordinate tasks effectively.
Conduct safety inspections on-site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
Assist in troubleshooting issues during construction or repair processes to ensure timely resolution.

Experience

Proven experience working with hand tools, power tools, masonry, carpentry, roofing, welding, or related construction skills.
Strong knowledge of masonry techniques including bricklaying and concrete work.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Familiarity with safety procedures related to construction sites and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Prior experience working on roofing projects or structural repairs is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse groups.
Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for demanding manual tasks over extended periods.
