We're looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor who knows their way around a car, enjoys dealing with customers and wants to develop their career in a business where performance, standards and doing the right thing actually matter.

This is a genuine performance role.

You'll have a steady flow of inbound enquiries, meaning you're not spending your day cold calling strangers. Customers are already interested in using Fergies. Your job is to understand what they need, build confidence and turn that interest into a confirmed booking.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers.

You'll handle inbound calls, emails and online enquiries, understand what the customer and their vehicle need, provide accurate estimates and turn genuine enquiries into confirmed bookings.

You'll take ownership of the enquiry from start to finish before handing the confirmed booking over to our front-of-house team.

You'll be measured on things like:

Enquiry-to-booking conversion
Average job value
Booking accuracy
Show-up rate
Customer experience

But ultimately, success means customers trusting your advice and choosing Fergies because they know they're in safe hands.

Automotive knowledge is essential.
