Job Description

During the first year, you will focus on developing a strong understanding of business processes, systems and customer administration activities. Responsibilities will include:

Supporting day-to-day Sales Operations activities.
Maintaining customer and business data within internal systems.
Assisting with reporting, analysis and process administration.
Developing an understanding of CRM systems and operational workflows.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business to support service delivery and process improvement initiatives.

The first year will provide a solid foundation in operational excellence, business processes and stakeholder engagement.

Year 2: Customer Retention & Renewals (sales)

In the second year, you will transition into a customer-facing sales role focused on customer retention and contract renewals. Responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of customers approaching renewal.
Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
Managing the end-to-end renewal sales process.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
Achieving renewal, retention and revenue targets.
Using customer and commercial data to identify opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
Working closely with Account Managers and Customer Service teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Developing negotiation, objection handling and consultative selling skills

Qualifications

A minimum of 2:1 in any degree
Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Able to adapt to change, responding well to delays or unexpected demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated.
Good at working as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
