Full job description

We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to join the team at our 56-acre Holiday Park for the 2026 Summer season with an immediate start. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and gardens as directed by the Head Gardener - working 3 to 4 days a week to ensure designs and displays leave a lasting impression on our guests throughout the season.

What you will be doing:

Undertake day to day maintenance of all aspects of gardens, tools, the land and garden buildings as directed.
Planting, weeding, watering, deadheading and maintaining all border and beds.
Responsible for all seasonal floral displays.
Input and involvement in the design and landscaping of the Park.
Ensure that you work in a safe, secure and compliant way, whilst fulfilling health and safety obligations, including appropriate use of PPE.
Adhoc duties within grounds maintenance.

What we are looking for:

Strong people skills to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.
Good verbal communication skills.
Must hold a full clean driving licence.
Relevant horticultural qualifications (desirable but not essential)
First Aid at Work (or willing to work towards)
