The Role:

Responsible for delivering responsive maintenance repairs and installations within a fast-paced environment, ensuring both repair and installations requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively whilst delivering a first-class service to our customers. This role will provide a plumbing service for primarily domestic but potentially commercial and industrial buildings, while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

Working with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to our customers
Heating fault finding repairs, replacements and servicing
Perform replacements, servicing, and installation of sanitary ware
Conduct Legionella testing
Follow instructions to meet client needs
Maintain the highest levels of health and safety, using appropriate safety equipment
Ensure accurate and timely completion of relevant site-based or company documentation (electronically or paper-based) as required by the contract

Essential Criteria:
The successful candidate will have:

A full driving license
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Knowledge of domestic plumbing systems
Time-served or appropriately qualified with demonstrable relevant experience
A minimum of three years' experience post apprenticeship

Desirable Criteria:

Gas Safe registration
A valid CSR card
Confident, reliable, flexible, and adaptable
Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Commercial experience
