Pay Rate: £33,500- 35,500
Grade: RCS N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Days Monday - Friday
Location: Mallusk , Newtownabbey

We're now looking for a Transport first line manager to play a key role in our transport logistics operation.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Lead and motivate Drivers and direct reports within a fast-paced transport operation, ensuring high levels of performance, safety, and service delivery.
Drive compliance with transport legislation, operational standards, and customer KPIs, maintaining excellence across all aspects of the operation.
Manage employee relations, including attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters, while promoting adherence to the DHL Code of Conduct and company values.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by recognizing achievements, celebrating success, and encouraging continuous improvement.
Support, coach, and develop direct reports, driving colleague engagement and building strong relationships across site teams to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Experience within a logistics environment, preferably in a tri-temperature operation.
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
